How We Charge

1. For specific training and advisory projects we charge by the hour depending on the length, depth and number of staff required to train. 
2. For projects that require the creation of systems and layers of implementation we will charge an overall project fee. 
3. After the Assessment part of the process, DHS will present the option to your solution. This solution will be detailed, time-lined and will have all components and success markers built in.
4. Once the options has been agreed upon, DHS will require 50% of the fees paid for the work to commence and the remaining 50% will be due upon completion.

** Some jobs will require a payment structure due to project timelines.
